It is located in Cocoa Beach, the closest beach to Disney World and Orlando attractions, 30 km from Melbourne International Airport. The resort features a year-round outdoor heated pool and a private beach. Guests can enjoy onsite activities like fishing, surfing, and body boarding. Amenities include a deck overlooking the ocean, a BBQ grill, and several hammocks. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit.
